How do I know the leads in the Case Feed are real?
All cases in the feed come from real people who have used the Vikk AI assistant to describe their legal situation. We use proprietary vetting technology and internal review to filter out incomplete or low-quality submissions. Only verified, high-intent inquiries are made available to lawyers.
What types of cases show up in the feed?

How do I contact a potential client?
Once you’re a verified attorney, you can unlock cases using Case Chat Credits. Each case has a credit value based on legal category and quality score. Once unlocked, you’ll see the client’s name and can message them directly through the app to initiate a consultation.
How do Case Chat Credits work?
You purchase bundles of credits—$1 = 1 credit. A case might cost, for example, 5 credits. If you don’t have enough credits to unlock a case, you can top up instantly. Unused credits never expire.
