Vikk Enterprise: $99 per month. Includes 100 AI chats per month, multi-user support for teams or high-volume firms, and full DataHub access. Designed for growing practices that need advanced analytics and larger AI usage.

Vikk Enterprise Plus: $149 per month. Includes 150 AI chats per month, all features of Vikk Enterprise, and full DataHub access. Best for large firms or power users who want the highest level of usage.

All plans come with access to our hyper-specialized legal AI assistant, mobile and web compatibility, advanced documents analysis, and the flexibility to purchase additional chat credits as needed. Enterprise and Enterprise Plus plans both include full access to the Vikk DataHub platform for advanced market intelligence and case analytics.

How does the Case Feed work?

The Case Feed displays real legal inquiries submitted by individuals using Vikk AI’s consumer app. Once you’re a verified attorney, you can browse unlimited cases, view locations, sort by legal issue or urgency, and see full case summaries. All cases come from real people who have described their legal situation and are actively seeking legal representation.

What types of cases show up in the feed?

 You’ll see a broad range of legal categories including:

  • Personal injury cases
  • Landlord/tenant disputes
  • Employment issues
  • Contract disputes
  • Immigration matters
  • Consumer rights cases
  • Family law issues
  • Business law questions

You can filter cases by practice area, urgency, or geography, or our V Score system to match your focus and expertise.

How do I contact a potential client?

Once you’re a verified attorney, you can unlock cases using Case Chat Credits. Each case has a credit value based on legal category, complexity, and our internal quality score (V Score). Once unlocked, you’ll see the client’s name and contact information, allowing you to message them directly through the app to initiate consultation discussions.

How do Case Chat Credits work?

Case Chat Credits operate on a simple $1 = 1 credit system. Different cases cost different amounts of credits based on:

  • Legal category and complexity
  • V Score (our quality/actionability ranking)
  • Urgency level and case priority
  • Geographic location

For example, a high-value personal injury case might cost 300+ credits, while a simple contract question might cost 10 credits. You can purchase credit bundles ranging from 10 credits ($10) up to 500 credits ($500). Unused credits never expire, so you can buy in advance and use them at your own pace.

How do I know the leads are legitimate?

All cases in the feed come from real people who have used the Vikk AI assistant to describe their legal situation. We use proprietary vetting technology and internal review to filter out incomplete or low-quality submissions. Only verified, high-intent inquiries from genuine consumers seeking legal help are made available to attorneys.

Do I have to engage with every case I see?

Not at all. You’re in complete control. Browse and select only the cases that are relevant to your practice area, geographic focus, and current capacity. The Case Feed gives you the freedom to choose which opportunities align with your firm’s needs.

What is Vikk DataHub?

Vikk DataHub is our advanced analytics platform exclusively available to Enterprise ($99/month) and Enterprise Plus ($149/month) subscribers. It provides real-time access to anonymized case data from all cases that have come through the Vikk AI consumer platform, giving professionals powerful market intelligence and business insights.

DataHub offers comprehensive case analytics including:

How do I get verified as a lawyer?

To access the Case Feed and engage with leads, lawyers must complete a verification process. You’ll submit your bar license information and a short professional bio. Once approved, you’ll gain full access to messaging, filtering, and client engagement tools.

Is my data confidential?

Absolutely. All uploads, communications, Case Feed interactions, and DataHub analytics are encrypted and maintained under strict privacy protocols. DataHub presents only anonymized case data to protect consumer privacy while providing valuable market insights.

Is Vikk PRO a law firm?

No. Vikk is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We’re a legal technology company focused on empowering attorneys through AI and connecting them with high-intent clients who need real legal help.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time from your dashboard. You’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
